This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed through gatreadlse.shop. Amounts below are stated in U.S. dollars (USD).

Shipping charges

Orders of $20.00 or more: free shipping.
Orders below $20.00: a flat shipping fee of $8.00.

The free-shipping threshold is based on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before shipping charges and taxes.

Processing and delivery estimates

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Processing time begins after your order is confirmed. Transit time begins when the parcel is dispatched to the carrier. The total estimate includes processing and transit.

These are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates. Carrier disruptions, customs processing, weather, public holidays, or other events outside our control can cause delays. Please contact us if your order has not arrived within the expected delivery period.

Shipping destinations and tracking

We ship to destinations available at checkout. If your destination is not available, please contact us before ordering. When tracking is available, we send the tracking details to the email address supplied with your order. Tracking updates may take time to appear after dispatch.

Shipping addresses

Please check your delivery address before placing an order. If a correction is needed, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order is in fulfillment or has shipped, we may be unable to change or redirect it.

International duties and taxes

For international orders, destination-country duties, import taxes, or similar charges may apply. Unless expressly included at checkout, these charges are the customer's responsibility.

Delayed, lost, or damaged parcels

If your parcel is significantly delayed, appears lost, or arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and any relevant details or photographs so we can investigate and assist.
