30-day return period

You may request a return within 30 days after receiving your item. To begin, email info@gatreadlse.shop with your order number, the item you wish to return, and proof of purchase.

Return condition and instructions

For a change-of-mind return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging with any original tags and hygiene seals intact. These conditions do not limit remedies for defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied items, or rights provided by applicable law.

Contact us before sending an item back. Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions and the correct return address. Do not use a business correspondence address as a return address unless we instruct you to do so.

Return shipping costs

gatreadlse, as the seller, covers the shipping cost for approved returns. We will provide a prepaid return label or arrange an appropriate return-shipping method with you. Please follow the instructions supplied with your return approval.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us with your order number and relevant details or photographs. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution.

Refunds

We will notify you after receiving and inspecting your return and confirm whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the credit. If you have not received an update or refund within the stated period, please contact us.

Exchanges

To request a different item or option, contact us first. We can guide you through returning the original item and placing a separate order for the replacement.
